Gusa Green Jalapeño Chilli Mash is naturally fermented, made at the source in Rwanda, and crafted from 95% fresh Green Jalapeño chillies and 5% salt. There is no vinegar, no artificial preservatives—just clean, concentrated flavour and balanced heat.
